I paid but the paper is still waiting

Open My papers and select Refresh status. A delayed payment may still be processing. Please do not buy again. If Stripe confirms payment but access does not appear, contact support with the receipt or order reference.

Manage or cancel monthly access

Open My papers and choose Manage subscription to cancel online or update payment details in Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid month. Removing a saved pass does not cancel billing. For a lost pass, cancellation difficulty or statutory cancellation request, contact support with your receipt or order reference.

I lost my connection

The timer continues. Reconnect before the deadline and check that the answer status says “All answers saved”. A temporary local recovery copy may restore pending selections. Answers received after the deadline cannot be included. If the service itself failed, tell us what happened so we can investigate an appropriate remedy.

I found a question that needs attention

Send the paper title, revision shown at the foot of your report, question number and your concern. Avoid posting the question publicly. Material corrections create a separate paper version so that comparison data is not mixed.

Can I practise again?

Each one-off paper purchase provides one scored sitting. An active £20 monthly subscription includes all existing papers and unlimited separate attempts: complete the current attempt, then choose Prepare another attempt from its report. Retakes use the same questions. The completed report and explanations can be revisited during the access period. Choose a different paper for a fresh sitting. Identifiable repeats of the same paper do not enter the comparison cohort.
