TERMS & REFUNDS
Clear terms, before you begin.
Version 2026-10-26.1. These terms apply to the online mock service; the resource shop may have separate product terms.
What you are buying
Each £5 paper is an original digital practice assessment supplied by KNOWLEDGE QUAY LTD, trading as Exam Quay. The total includes any applicable tax. It includes one scored online sitting of the named paper, printable question and worked-answer PDFs, its online report, and 90 days of access from confirmed payment. A £15 subject bundle contains the named Papers 1–3, at the same £5 price per paper, with a separate online sitting and PDFs for each. Bundles contain the same papers sold individually; they are not discounted. Single papers and bundles have no recurring charge. The service and questions are in English.
Monthly subscription
Exam Quay 11+ Monthly costs £20 per month including any applicable tax, charged at signup and automatically each month until cancelled. It includes all existing 11+ papers listed at signup, their PDFs and unlimited separate online attempts for one learner while paid access is active. Retakes use the same questions; new questions each month are not promised. There is no trial, joining fee or minimum term. Cancel online using Manage subscription in My papers, which opens Stripe’s secure billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the paid period ends. The paid-through date and cancellation state appear in My papers; billing details appear in the portal. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. Online sittings, reports and new downloads require active paid access. You may retain downloaded PDFs for the licensed learner’s private use. Removing a pass from a device does not cancel billing. Contact support if you lose access to the portal or need to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
Printable delivery
Download the A4 question booklet and separate answer booklet from My papers after confirmed payment, during your 90-day one-off access or active paid subscription. Use a PDF reader and an A4 printer at actual size; printing costs are yours. No physical copy is supplied. You may retain a private downloaded copy for the licensed learner. PDF and online versions contain the same questions, not extra unseen mocks. Offline answers are self-marked, not uploaded or benchmarked. Downloading either booklet before completing online excludes that sitting from the first-sitting cohort. This does not remove your marking or worked explanations.
Who can purchase
Purchases must be arranged by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Use a short learner nickname rather than a child’s full name. Use a consistent nickname for the same learner. The purchaser is responsible for keeping the private access pass safe and supervising appropriate use.
Payment and delivery
Check every included paper and learner nickname before continuing to Stripe. You can correct them before preparing your order. Stripe collects payment details on its own secure checkout. The timer does not start at purchase. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed. Save your access pass and order confirmation. We send a transactional confirmation to the purchaser email supplied at checkout, including access instructions and a copy of the terms accepted. The private access pass is not included in that email. Delayed payment methods may take longer; do not pay again while a payment is pending.
Immediate digital access and cancellation
For one-off digital-paper purchases, before payment we ask you to expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when digital content is supplied. For a monthly subscription, you request access to begin immediately; this does not waive statutory cancellation rights for the ongoing service. To exercise the initial 14-day cancellation right, contact support with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Any deduction for service already supplied must comply with consumer law; faulty or misdescribed content rights are unaffected. The agreement is recorded with your order and available as a downloadable confirmation. These terms do not remove your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
Problems, refunds and complaints
If you paid but cannot access the paper, were charged twice, or believe the content or service is faulty or misdescribed, contact Exam Quay support with your order reference, receipt and a short description. Do not send card details or unnecessary child information. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access, a replacement sitting or a refund where due. Technical problems do not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Sitting conditions
Use a current browser and a reliable internet connection. Have a pencil and scratch paper ready. Do not use a calculator, dictionary or outside help. The timer continues during refreshes, closed tabs and lost connections. Only answers received by the server before the deadline are marked. You may submit early. Once a sitting is submitted, its answers and score cannot be changed. Monthly subscribers may start a separate attempt after completing the previous one; a one-off paper includes one sitting. A standard-time or 25% extra-time setting is chosen before the timer starts.
Scoring and comparison
One mark is awarded for each fully correct answer. Where multiple answers are required, all must be correct with no extra selections for the mark. There is no negative marking. Topic results describe this small sample of questions. Cohort percentiles require at least 100 eligible first standard-timed sittings of the exact paper revision and use the midpoint for tied scores. Demonstrations, test payments, extra-time sittings, identifiable repeats and sittings exposed to a printable beforehand are excluded. Changing nicknames or using another purchaser can undermine repeat detection. The cohort is self-selected and is not a national or official admissions sample.
Independent practice
Exam Quay is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supplied by any named school, consortium, local authority or test provider. These are original multiple-choice subject practice papers, not official past papers or complete admissions simulations. Read each collection and paper’s format notes: written-answer assessments are adapted to MCQ skills practice, non-verbal and spatial reasoning are excluded, and continuous writing is not assessed. Question counts, practice durations and recommended pacing are shown before purchase and may differ from the official component. Exam arrangements may change. No score, percentile or amount of practice guarantees an admission outcome.
Personal use
Your purchase permits practice by one learner and private review with a parent or tutor. Do not publish, resell or distribute questions, answers or access passes. Do not attempt to bypass payment, interfere with other sittings or manipulate the comparison cohort.
